2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter (softened) or oil
Instructions
Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.Make the Dough
